Setting Up Your Account
About Lesson

1. Log into your Femme Boss Social CRM app.femmebosssocial.com & click “Settings”. Your log in details are in your email inbox that you received when you signed up for the CRM.

2. Click “Company Billing”   

3. Change Auto Charge to “5” and when balance lower than to “10”. Then click “Add Balance”. 

4. Enter “$10” to load into your balance.  

5. It may ask you to send a code to your phone to authorize the transaction, follow the steps if it has you do this. 

6. Click “Phone Numbers” and “+ Add Number”, select the top choice that says, “Add Phone Number used for SMS and calls”. 

7. Click “Filter” 

8. Unselect “Local” and “Mobile” and click “Apply” and choose your number.


9. Click “Proceed to Buy” and click “Verify This Toll Free Number”. 

10. Enter in your details.


11. Continue to step 2 and enter in the business location details.   

12. – Estimated Monthly Volume is “10,000”, Opt in type is “via text”, Use case categories are “Marketing” & “Customer Care”.  

– Copy & Paste the bold text below in the “Opt-in Workflow Image URLs box.

– Click “See Example” next to “Use Case Description” and a box will pop up. Copy the text from that example and paste it in the text box for “Use Case Description”.

– Message Content should say:

“This is Stacy, (put your actual name here)’s assistant. Are you inquiring about a property to purchase?” 

– Agree to the terms and conditions and click “Send information for verification”.
